Privacy Policy
Implantolog.co.il
Effective date: 09.08.2026
1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how personal data of visitors to the website implantolog.co.il (the “Website”) and patients of the private practice of Dr. Artem Naimushin (the “Clinic”, “we”) is collected, used, stored, and protected.
By using the Website and/or contacting the Clinic via the contact form, WhatsApp, phone, or e-mail, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to the terms described herein regarding the processing of your data.
2. What Data We Collect
2.1. Data you provide voluntarily
- Name
- E-mail address
- Subject and message text via the appointment request form
- Phone number — when contacting via WhatsApp or by phone
- Information about your health condition, symptoms, or prior treatment — if voluntarily provided in your message, in WhatsApp correspondence, or during an in-person consultation
- Images, X-rays, CT/CBCT scans, and other medical materials — if you voluntarily submit them for preliminary review
Please do not send medical information unrelated to your inquiry through the Website.
The website contact form contains the following fields: Name, E-mail, Subject, and Message. There is no separate form for uploading X-rays/CBCT scans on the website; patients may voluntarily send medical materials via WhatsApp or e-mail.
2.2. Data collected automatically
- IP address and approximate location
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- Pages visited, time on site, referral source — via Google Analytics (Site Kit by Google)
- Cookies — see Section 7 for details
3. Medical Data — A Special Category
Information about health conditions constitutes a special, sensitive category of personal data requiring enhanced protection. We process such data only to the extent necessary for consultation, diagnosis, and treatment planning, and only based on your explicit consent or within the doctor-patient relationship, governed by professional and ethical standards for the provision of medical care in Israel.
We do not use patients' medical data for marketing purposes and do not share it with third parties without your separate consent, except as expressly required by law (e.g., at the request of authorized government bodies).
Transmitting medical materials (photos, X-rays, CT/CBCT results) via the Website, WhatsApp, e-mail, or any other remote channel does not, by itself, constitute a medical diagnosis and does not replace an in-person examination by the doctor. A preliminary opinion based on submitted materials may change following a clinical examination and further diagnostics.
4. Purposes of Data Processing
- Organizing and conducting consultations, scheduling appointments
- Communicating with the patient regarding treatment, appointment reminders
- Preliminary review of the clinical situation described by the user
- Maintaining medical records to the extent required by Israeli law
- Responding to inquiries received via the contact form
- Website traffic analytics and improving site performance
- Compliance with legal requirements (accounting, tax, medical reporting)
5. Legal Basis for Processing
- Your explicit consent (e.g., a checkbox when submitting the form, or verbal consent during an appointment)
- Necessity for performance of the medical services agreement
- The Clinic's legitimate interest in properly running its practice and communicating with patients
- Requirements of Israeli law for medical documentation
6. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Limited access to data may be granted to:
- Clinic medical staff and assistants — to the extent necessary for treatment
- Google (Google Analytics / Site Kit) — anonymized website traffic statistics
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — messages exchanged via WhatsApp are processed in accordance with WhatsApp's own privacy policy
- Website hosting provider and technical contractors — to the extent necessary for site operation
Website hosting is provided by Fornex (VPS). The site is managed via WordPress (CMS) by the clinic/technical contractor. No external CRM or dedicated online appointment system is used: form submissions are delivered to the clinic e-mail. Where prosthetic/laboratory work is required, patient data may be shared with a dental laboratory or other medical subcontractors strictly to the extent necessary for treatment.
Some of the services listed above (Google, WhatsApp) may process data on servers located outside Israel. We only use services that provide an adequate level of data protection under their own privacy policies.
The Website may contain links or buttons directing you to third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp, maps/navigation). Once you leave the Website for a third-party service, the Clinic does not control how that service processes your data — we recommend reviewing the relevant provider's own privacy policy.
7. Cookies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure proper site functioning, analyze traffic (Google Analytics), and remember your language preference.
- Necessary cookies — ensure the basic operation of the site; cannot be disabled
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — collect anonymized visit statistics
The website currently does not display a separate cookie consent banner. Essential cookies may be set for site operation and language preferences; analytics cookies are set via Google Analytics (Site Kit by Google). You may restrict or disable cookies in your browser settings.
You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, this may affect the correct functioning of certain features of the site.
8. Data Retention Period
- Contact form and correspondence data — 3 years from the last contact
- Medical records — as required by Israeli law on retention of medical records
- Website analytics data — per Google Analytics retention settings
Medical records are retained for at least the periods required by Israeli law and Ministry of Health rules for private dental practice; retention periods will be updated if those requirements change.
9. Your Rights
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Obtain information about what data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of data, where its continued retention is not required by law
- Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time
- Object to the use of your data for marketing purposes
To exercise these rights, contact us at anaimushin@gmail.com. We respond to such requests within a reasonable period as required by law. Verifying the requester's identity may be required before a request is processed.
Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal, and does not override the Clinic's obligation to retain medical records as required by law.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can guarantee absolute security — we recommend not sending information through the contact form beyond what your inquiry requires.
Measures currently in place include: website HTTPS encryption, access to medical records limited to persons involved in treatment, password protection of work devices and accounts, and regular WordPress and website security updates.
11. Minors' Data
The Website is not intended for independent use of the contact form by individuals under 18. If treatment is required for a minor patient, the inquiry and consent to data processing must come from a parent or legal guardian.
12. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Website may contain links to third-party sites and services. The Clinic is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party resources. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any such service before sharing personal information with it.
13. International Patients
If you contact us from outside Israel (for example, from EU countries), your data is still processed in accordance with this Policy and Israeli law. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under local law (e.g., GDPR for EU residents).
The Clinic receives inquiries from international patients, including possible interest from EU residents. A separate assessment of GDPR applicability (extraterritorial effect) and whether an expanded GDPR rights section is required should be performed by Israeli legal counsel during final legal review of this Policy.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the effective date indicated. In the event of material changes, we may provide additional notice on the Website's homepage.
